As part of our terms and conditions final builders cleaning before handover the building or buildings areas to be cleaned should be free of other contractors, machinery, tools and no other works being carried out in the areas the cleaning operatives will be cleaning. All construction debris, spare materials, abandoned machinery and tools, plastic, metal and other materials used to cover or protect surfaces should be removed by the client. Client to ensure that there are live power points on site for cleaning machines and lights, and running water (hot and cold). We only clean interiors of buildings unless agreed in writing with the required specifications and as per separate quotation, and the same applies to high level cleaning.
